CITY OF WOODBURY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE VACATION OF ALL THE DEDICATED DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS PREVIOUSLY RECORDED ACROSS GARDEN GATE SECOND ADDITION, THEREOF, CITY OF WOODBURY, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Woodbury desires to vacate all the dedicated drainage and utility easements on GARDEN GATE SECOND ADDITION, described as follows:

All drainage and utility easements

located on Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block

1 and within Outlots A through I,

Garden Gate Second Addition,

according to the recorded plat there

of, Washington County, Minnesota

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that a hearing on said vacation will be held before City Council of the City of Woodbury, Washington County, Minnesota at a meeting to be held in the Woodbury City Hall, 8301 Valley Creek Road on Wednesday, December 10, 2008 at 7:30p.m.
