NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

CITY OF WOODBURY

COUNTY OF WASHINGTON

STATE OF MINNESOTA

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Woodbury, Minnesota (the "City"), will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 10, 2008, at a meeting of the City Council beginning at approximately 7:30 p.m., Central Time, in the Council Chambers in the City Hall located at 8301 Valley Creek Road, Woodbury, Minnesota, for the purpose of conducting a public hearing on a proposed amendment to the City's abatement of certain property taxes levied by the City on the property bearing the following parcel identification numbers:

A map showing the parcels on which the property tax abatements are proposed for amendment is on file with the City Clerk. The total amount of taxes proposed to be abated by the City is esti

mated to be $7,500,000.

All interested persons may appear at the December 10th public hearing and present their views orally or in writing.
