Sealed bids will be received by the City of Woodbury, Minnesota in the Public Safety Building until 2:00 p.m. on Monday, November 24, 2008, for the furnishing of:
One (1) Ambulance. Alternate bid
for Two (2) Ambulances.
All bids proposals received for this equipment will be publicly opened and read aloud in the public safety conference room at the Woodbury Public Safety Building at 3:00 p.m., Monday, November 24, 2008. All bids shall be submitted on the Proposal Form of the City and shall be accompanied by a cash deposit, certified check or quotation bond made payable to the City Clerk for not less than five (5%) percent of the amount bid.
Quotations shall be directed to the Emergency Medical services Coordinator, securely sealed and endorsed upon the outside wrapper, “Proposal for Ambulance”
Specifications, proposal forms and contract documents may be seen and/or obtained at the Public Safety Building, 2100 Radio Drive Woodbury, Minnesota from the Public Safety Administrative Office.
The City Council reserves the right to retain the deposit of the three lowest responsible bidders for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days after the date and time set for the opening of bids.
