On Saturday, Nov. 8, the Minnesota Council for Gifted Talented students will host its second comprehensive school options fair at Footprints Academy.

Representatives from more than 20 metro-area schools will sponsor informational booths. This showcase will offer families a unique opportunity to learn more about the east-metro’s educational options and determine where they would like their children to go to school.

“This is a terrific opportunity for parents to learn about the exceptional (private school) education options that are available to families in the east metro area,” said Scott Pettersen, director of admissions at Footprints Academy. “The fair will be a time-saving way for parents to research their options and compare schools side-by-side.”

Organized by the Minnesota Council for Gifted and Talented students, the fair will highlight private educational institutions with programs for students who have been identified as gifted and talented.

The schools have been chosen for their commitment to excellence, rigorous curriculum and offering a wide of academic and extracurricular programs.
