Shoes for Souls

More than 150 pairs of shoes were collected by Christ Episcopal Church, 7305 Afton Road in Woodbury, and donated to Soles4Souls, an organization providing gently used and new shoes to lower-income people and families.

The church participated in an effort organized by the Episcopal Diocese of Minnesota, resulting in the collection of more than 30,000 pairs of shoes.

The Soles4Souls organization facilitates the donations of shoes from shoe companies, retailers and individuals, “to aid the hurting worldwide.” Soles4Souls is a 501(c)(3) organization as recognized by the IRS.
