Letter: Weik is well-suited for county

I met Lisa Weik while working the North Gate as a greeter during Woodbury Days and again, during her door to door campaign effort. She is a personable, energetic and knowledgeable leader who has the ability to work cooperatively with Woodbury residents and commissioners.

After having worked successfully in the medical device industry in regulatory affairs, she has exhibited the ability to communicate with bureaucrats in the FDA and clinical research to move projects forward. Lisa is committed to helping Woodbury residents understand the issues facing the county and her hard work is noticeable.

I will be voting for Lisa Weik for county commissioner because she possesses the knowledge, energy, and the uncanny ability to empathise with residents while promoting fiscal responsibility.
