On Count IV - Misdemeanor Criminal Damage to Property, the court sentenced the defendant to a $1,000 fine and 90 days in jail with $950 of the fine and 77 days in jail were suspended for one year. The court placed the defendant on probation under the same conditions as set forth in Count III with the following changes: 1) the 13 days to be served shall be concurrent to the 13 days on Count 3 and therefore there is no additional time to serve at this time; 2) defendant is ordered to pay a fine in the amount of $50 on this count which is consecutive to the fine on Count III, but the court waived the surcharges and law library fee; 3) defendant is ordered to complete a South Oaks Gambling Screen and follow all recommendations unless the supervising probation officer deems it unnecessary.
