Footprints Academy: For a howling good time

Footprints Academy and Peace of Mind Early Education Center will again be the site of one of Woodbury’s grandest Halloween bashes.

The teaching team and community of families will host their 15th annual Halloween Party on Saturday, Oct. 25 from 5 to 10 p.m., at the site of Footprints Academy and Peace of Mind Early Education Center, at 9025 Tamarack Road.

Last year it was estimated more than 400 people attended the event.

This year’s party will feature free games, prizes, treats for all ages, a costume contest and live music.

Wickedly good Halloween party food will also be available for purchase: Classico Pizza, Maggie Moo’s ice cream shakes, old-fashioned popcorn and beverages.

“We must take the opportunity to acknowledge and celebrate those things that bring us together as a community,” said Nicole Robbins. “We have so much to be thankful for in the past 15 years and this party allows us to express our gratitude for the blessings we have received from the members of the community.”
