Input on high school schedules wanted at Sept. 18 meeting

Do you have an opinion on the subject of the district’s high school schedules?

If so, the South Washington County school board would like to hear from you.

A public input meeting has been called tomorrow, Thursday, Sept. 18, at 6 p.m. at the District Service Center in Cottage Grove.

The proposed new schedule for high school students would follow a three-term, six period daily schedule, replacing the four-period block schedule.

Before making any decision, the school board members said they wished to hear more public input on the issue.

A decision on the high school schedule could be made on Sept. 25.
