Council to vote on waste center

The Woodbury City Council will vote Wednesday, Sept. 10 on a Washington County proposal to build an environmental waste center on county property at the southeast corner of Bailey Road and Cottage Grove Drive.
The facility is planned to replace the current environmental waste facility in Oakdale.
The Woodbury Planning Commission and Environmental Advisory Commission voted to recommend approval of the project.
