NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Woodbury, Washington County, Minnesota will meet in the Woodbury City Hall at 8301 Valley Creek Road in said city on Wednesday, September 24th, 2008 at 7:30 p.m. to consider issuing an off sale 3.2% liquor license to Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. dba Wal-Mart Store #2643 for their store located at 10240 Hudson Road, Woodbury, MN 55129

Written or oral comments will be considered.
