Preschool ballet

The City of Woodbury parks and recreation department’s Wish upon a Ballet program for children ages 3 - 5 has openings available in the Monday, Sept. 15 through Oct. 20, 10 to 10:45 a.m. session. Classes will be held in Valley Creek Room A, at Woodbury’s Central Park, 8595 Central Park Place. The cost is $59.

The dance program incorporates popular children’s stories with ballet stories and uses musical instruments, parachutes and scarves to create a complete fairy tale experience with skipping, leaping, jumping and spinning.

Parents, family and friends will be invited to observe a special performance at the end of the session.
