Guitar lessons

The Woodbury Parks and Recreation Department is accepting registration for guitar lessons with instructor Paul Hintz. Openings are still available for the twelve, one-on-one weekly half hour lessons held Saturdays Sept. 13 through Dec. 6 in the Central Park Oak Room, 8595 Central Park Place in Woodbury. No lessons will be held Nov. 29.

Lessons are suitable for persons ages 10 and over with any level of experience — from beginner to advanced — and the content is geared to each student’s goals and interests.

Students must bring a guitar, acoustic or electric, or electric bass, and may bring any books or other materials already owned. The instructor supplies an amplifier and handouts.
