CITY OF WOODBURY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE VACATION OF DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT PREVIOUSLY RECORDED WITH OUTLOT B, HERITAGE PARK THIRD ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF, CITY OF WOODBURY, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Woodbury desires to vacate drainage and utility easement as dedicated on Outlot B, Heritage Park Third Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, City of Woodbury, Washington County, Minnesota, described as follows:

The drainage and utility easement as dedicated on Outlot B, HERITAGE PARK THIRD ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof, Washington County, Minnesota.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that a hearing on said vacation will be held before City Council of the City of Woodbury, Washington County, Minnesota at a meeting to be held in the Woodbury City Hall, 8301 Valley Creek Road on Wednesday, August 13, 2008 at 7:30p.m.
