Afton Fourth of July parade
The city of Afton will hold its annual Fourth of July Parade, which begins at noon on downtown Main Street (St. Croix Trail).

Festivities in the Afton downtown park include entertainment and concessions, Fourth of July buttons for sale and prizes awarded at 3 pm. Children’s games will also be held. According to organizers, the event is the “only parade you can watch twice as it goes up and down the streets.”
The parade will start from the Afton Marina at noon. Music is expected to follow the parade during the afternoon in the park.
