Olson joins Nexstar as finance coach

David G. Olson has joined Nexstar as a finance coach.

Olson will be responsible for helping more than 400 Nexstar independent service provider member companies across the United States and several countries with all financial aspects of their business.

He is also Nexstar’s first full-time finance coach. Nexstar’s business coaching staff is comprised of function-specific coaches in the areas of marketing, finance and operations.

Olson grew up in Cottage Grove and worked in the Woodbury area prior to joining Nexstar. He previously owned his own consulting company.

He has served in senior management, finance and accounting roles in construction, insurance, and wholesale distribution industries. He brings a wealth of practical business experience along with financial skills.
