CITY OF WOODBURY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Woodbury has been working to update its Comprehensive Plan as required by state law. The Comprehensive Plan will serve as a

blueprint to guide development in the City of Woodbury through the year 2030.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Woodbury Planning Commission has scheduled a public hearing to review the 2030 Comprehensive Plan and forward a recommendation to the City Council. The public hearing will be held on June 16, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. at Woodbury City Hall, 8301 Valley Creek Road.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Woodbury City Council will also hold a public hearing to review the 2030 Comprehensive Plan. The public hearing will be held on June 25, 2008, at 7:30 p.m. at Woodbury City Hall, 8301 Valley Creek Road.

The purpose of these two hearings is to provide citizens the opportunity to

comment on the proposed Comprehensive Plan. Individual citizens or representatives of organizations are encouraged to submit written comments prior to the hearings. Copies of the proposed Comprehensive Plan are available at City Hall and on-line at http://www.ci.woodbury.mn.us/planning/comPlan.html.

All interested parties will be heard.
