Hotel, restaurants get license approvals
The Woodbury City Council voted 5-0 at its May 14 meeting to approve an intoxicating liquor license for the Woodbury St. Paul Sheraton Hotel.
The Woodbury City Council voted 5-0 at its May 14 meeting to approve an intoxicating liquor license for the Woodbury St. Paul Sheraton Hotel, which is currently under construction on the northwest corner of Tamarack Road and Bielenberg Drive.
Developers told the city the hotel should be open before August.
The council also voted to approve an amendment to a development plan adjacent to the hotel for two new restaurants.
Developers for Ciao Bella and Grassfed Steakhouse told council members they expect to begin construction on the freestanding restaurants this summer and hope to open them before the end of the year.
