CITY OF WOODBURY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Jim Bertrand has submitted an application for a Preliminary Plat to be known as Bertrand Addition. The applicant is requesting to subdivide 10 acres into two (2) lots with the existing home remaining on Lot 1, Block 1. The property is located at 7340 Glen Road. The property is zoned R-2, Single Family Estate District and is guided as Rural Estate on the Land Use Plan.

The application includes the following described real estate lying and being in the City of Woodbury, County of Washington, State of Minnesota to wit:

The east 330 feet of the west half of the west half of the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 32, Township 28, Range 21,Washington County, Minnesota.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Woodbury City Council has scheduled a public hearing to review the request for the application. The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, May 28, 2008, at 7:30 p.m. at Woodbury City Hall, 8301Valley Creek Road.

The purpose of the hearing is to provide citizens the opportunity to comment on the proposed application. Individual citizens or representatives of organizations are encouraged to submit written comments prior to the hearing.

All interested parties will be heard.
