Restaurants OK’d for alcohol sales

The Woodbury City Council voted in separate actions to approve on-sale licenses for three restaurants.

The Woodbury City Council voted in separate actions to approve on-sale licenses for three restaurants.

Akita Sushi received approval for an intoxicating liquor license. The restaurant, located in Tamarack Hills, opened earlier this year and originally gained approval for to sell beer and wine.

Oriental Restaurant located at the Valley Creek Mall, has new owners, and as such needed to apply for a new beer and wine license. The council voted to approve the license.

Cravings Café, which plans to open this summer at the Tamarack Hills development, received approval from the council to sell beer and wine at the establishment.
