NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that F.T.L Corporation has submitted an application for a Variance and Final Site and Building Plan for the remodel and expansion of the existing MGM Wine and Spirits Store located off of I-494 and Valley Creek Road. The applicant is requesting a variance to reduce the required 50 foot setback from a major roadway to 10 feet. The applicant is requesting to upgrade the building facades as well as remodel and expand portions of the interior. The property is located at 1580 Woodlane Drive. The property is zoned B-2 General Business and is guided as Places to Shop on the Land Use Plan.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Woodbury City Council has scheduled a public hearing to review the request for the application. The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, May 14, 2008, at 7:30 p.m. at Woodbury City Hall, 8301Valley Creek Road.
The purpose of the hearing is to provide citizens the opportunity to comment on the proposed application. Individual citizens or representatives of organizations are encouraged to submit written comments prior to the hearing.
All interested parties will be heard.
