3M Club’s ‘Life is a Song’ is May 8
The 3M Club “Sounds of Harmony,” under the direction of Page Stevens, will present "Life is a Song, Love is the Music” on May 8 at 7:30 p.m. at Maplewood Community Center.
The 3M Club “Sounds of Harmony,” under the direction of Page Stevens, will present "Life is a Song, Love is the Music” on May 8 at 7:30 p.m. at Maplewood Community Center, 2100 White Bear Avenue N., Maplewood.
A number of familiar tunes will be featured, including compositions by Gershwin, “When I grow Too Old To Dream," “All Through The Night” and a patriotic tribute.
Sounds of Harmony also performs an annual Christmas show and entertains at many senior homes and business functions throughout the year.
The May 8 concert is made possible, in part, by funds provided by the Metropolitan Regional Arts Council through a grant from the McKnight Foundation and an appropriation by the Minnesota Legislature.
Tickets are $10 for adults and $8 for children 6 to 12 years old. are $8 and adults, $10. Tickets may be purchased at the door.
