INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT 833 PUBLISHED ANNOUNCEMENT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids for pavement improvements at Bailey Elementary School will be received until:

2:30 pm, Thursday, April 10, 2008

at the District Service Center, 7362 E. Point Douglas Road S., Cottage Grove, MN 55016 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids sent via FAX will not be accepted. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids as it deems to be in the best interest of Independent School District 833.

Sealed envelopes must be marked on the front:

“Bailey Elementary School – West Parking Lot Reconstruction”

Bidding documents and specifications are available at the office of Anderson-Johnson Associates, Inc., 7575 Golden Valley Road, Suite 200, Minneapolis, MN 55427 (763.544.7129) upon a deposit of $75.00 per set. Documents may be viewed at the Minneapolis, St. Paul and McGraw-Hill Builders Exchanges.
