Shall we dance?
The fourth annual Daddy/ Daughter Dance is being held Thursday, Feb. 21 from 6.30 to 8.30 p.m. at Woodbury Junior High SchoolBy: Amber Kispert-Smith, Woodbury Bulletin
Calling all aspiring princesses and their dads.
The fourth annual Daddy/ Daughter Dance is being held Thursday, Feb. 21 from 6.30 to 8.30 p.m. at Woodbury Junior High School, and there may be spaces still available.
Princess attire is recommended — for the daughters, at least — although not compulsory, and musical entertainment will be the funky beat of the Dweebs.
Walk-ins only will be accepted at the event since the registration deadline passed on Feb. 15.
The walk-in cost will be $45 per daddy/daughter pairing.
Organizers say if a dad isn’t available, the girls, who must be aged four to 12, can bring an uncle, grandpa, older (adult) brother or family friend as an escort.
