Correction to 'Hiring process begins in Afton'
The Feb. 6 story “Hiring process begins in Afton” contained some inaccuracies regarding the city’s plans for its hiring process to replace outgoing administrator Shelly Strauss.
The Feb. 6 story “Hiring process begins in Afton” contained some inaccuracies regarding the city’s plans for its hiring process to replace outgoing administrator Shelly Strauss.
The city council is scheduled to interview six candidates on Feb. 21 in hopes of hiring one to contract with the city for administrative duties while it determines what process it will use to hire a permanent administrator. Two of the interviewees were selected from a list of League of Minnesota Cities consultants.
