NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER ISSUANCE OF AN

ON SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE INCLUDING SUNDAY SALES FOR

APPLEBEE’S RESTAURANTS NORTH LLC DBA APPLEBEE’S NEIGHBORHOOD GRILL & BAR

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Woodbury, Washington County, Minnesota will meet in the Woodbury City Hall at 8301 Valley Creek Road in said city on Thursday, February 28, 2008 at 7:30 p.m. to consider issuing an on sale intoxicating liquor license including Sunday sales to Applebee’s Restaurants North LLC dba Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill & Bar for their restaurant located at 7250 Valley Creek Road, Woodbury, MN 55125.

Written or oral comments will be considered.
