Two brothers charged in robberies
Washington County Attorney’s Office charged the two teenage brothers Wednesday who are suspected in carrying out three armed robberies over the last month in Woodbury.

18-year old Mbha Buma Foncham and 16-year old Fosam Buma Foncham were charged with aggravated robbery and aiding and abetting robbery for their suspected roles in the three Woodbury incidents, as well as armed robberies committed in Oakdale and Mahtomedi.
The brothers were arrested Monday after they robbed a Starbucks in Mahtomedi. Witnesses helped lead to their arrest.
The charges address the aggravated robberies that occurred at the following businesses:
Jan. 3: Subway Restaurant, 1740 Weir Dr. in Woodbury
Jan. 25: Subway Restaurant, 8470 City Centre Dr. in Woodbury
Jan. 27: Quizno’s Sub Shop, 1053 Helmo Ave. in Oakdale
Feb. 1 Marble Slab Creamery, 8144 Coller Way in Woodbury
Feb. 4: Starbucks Coffee Shop, 3156 Century Ave. in Mahtomedi
