The East Ridge volleyball team ended the regular season 12-17 and earned the eighth seed in the 12-team Section 4AAA tournament. East Ridge, the defending Section 4AAA champion, takes on ninth-seed Henry Sibley on Wednesday, Oct. 26, in the opening round, at East Ridge High School. A win over the Warriors (12-15) would earn the Raptors a date with the section’s top seed, Hill-Murray (23-4 ), on Saturday, Oct. 28, in Maplewood. The Pioneers, which East Ridge beat in last year’s section final, are ranked 13th in the state.
