Lance J. Best, 38, of Woodbury, on charges of fleeing an officer and fourth-degree DWI.
Brian D. Cheslog, 18, of St. Paul Park, on a property damage charge.
Daniel Moore, 50, of Woodbury, on a fourth-degree DWI charge.
James E. Shavers, 53, of Woodbury, on a charge of domestic assault.
Marie H. Strub, 29, of Newport, on a malicious punishment of child charge.
Ted M. Torgrimson, 34, of Cottage Grove, on traffic, refusal to test, third-degree DWI, obstructing the legal process and domestic assault charges.
Walter J. Wichser, 22, of Cottage Grove, on charges of refusal to test and third-degree DWI.
Joshua L. Ferris, Jr., 36, of Woodbury, on a controlled substance charge.
Joseph L. Noyola, 19, of Woodbury, on a domestic assault charge.
Richard A. Potvin, 44, of St. Paul Park, forgery, stolen property, theft, traffic and weapons charges.
Tyler A. Raleigh, 26, of Woodbury, on a charge of fourth-degree DWI.
Neil P. Robberstad, 37, of St. Paul Park, on theft, stolen property, traffic and marijuana possession charges.
Johnathon A. Smith, 20, of Woodbury, on charges of controlled substance possession and making terroristic threats.
Paul J. Weatherspoon, 23, of St. Paul Park, on a charge of obstructing the legal process.
All are considered innocent until proven guilty.
