Woodbury motorcyclist injured after Wisconsin spin-out
A Woodbury woman was injured late Sunday morning when she lost control of her motorcycle on loose gravel in a curve of a rural Wisconsin road.
Denise Ann Jenkins, 53, was transported by Maiden Rock Ambulance to Mayo Clinic Health System in Red Wing with undetermined injuries.
Pierce County sheriff's deputy Michael Vodinelich said in a press release that Jenkis was driving her 2012 Harley Davidson Rally Sport motorcycle southbound on CTH UU when she lost control in a curve at 100th Avenue in the town of Maiden Rock.
She was ejected and came to rest in the intersection.
Assisting deputies was a paramedic from the Ellsworth Area Ambulance Service and firefighters from the Lund Fire Department.
