A 24-year-old Cottage Grove woman and her three children were injured Monday in a Woodbury highway crash.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, Jamie Norris was driving a minivan southbound at 4:24 p.m. on Interstate 494 at Valley Creek Road when she swerved to the right shoulder, over-corrected, and crossed lanes of traffic. The minivan struck a median wall.
A 1-year-old girl, Teagan Norris, was first taken to Regions Hospital before being transported to Gillette Children's Hospital, where he was listed in critical condition Tuesday morning.
The other two children in the vehicle, 3-year-old Serena Norris and 4-year-old Alianna Price, received minor injuries. They were both taken to Regions along with the driver, who also sustained minor injuries.
The driver was wearing her seat belt, as were the three girls, according to the State Patrol.
