indicated the defendant can have ample time pay that fine,

pay restitution in the amount of $1,836.31 to Oakdale Rental Center and

$549.38 of the amount to be submitted to Financial Crime Services, attend

the diversion class facilitated through Financial Crime Services unless

probation deems it unnecessary, have no same or similar offenses and

remain law abiding.

therapy program at Human Services Inc. and follow any recommendations for

alcohol, submit to random testing and provide a baseline today; 7) seek

and maintain gainful employment and provide verification; 8) no same or

similar offenses, remain law abiding; 9) defendant is not to possess any

weapons; 10) provide a
