computer, or vehicle to a random search, conducted by a probation officer

or agent of the probation office, and warn any other residents that the

premises may be subject to searches pursuant to this condition; 10)

provide a DNA sample.

Count III: Gross Misdemeanor 3rd Degree Criminal Damage to

Property: The defendant was given a $3,000 fine and 365 days in jail with

3 days and it can be done on any alternative other than home monitor; 2)

pay a $300 fine plus surcharge; 3) complete a cognitive skills evaluation

and follow the recommendations; 4) complete an out-patient chemical

dependency treatment program and follow the aftercare recommendations; 5)

abstain from the use of chemicals, including alcohol, submit to random

testing; 6) attend MADD Impact Panel; 7) no same or similar offenses,

remain law abiding; 8) meet with health care professional to consider

treatment for depression.

Count II - 4th Degree DUI: The defendant was given a $1,000 fine

and 90 days jail. $700 of the fine and 67 days of the jail time were

suspended for two years with the same conditions as Count I. The fine,

however, is in addition to Count I.

supervision to his county of residence, and (9) provide a biological

specimen for DNA analysis.
