Execution of sentence was stayed and the defendant was placed on probation for 7 years with the following conditions: 1) serve 180 days jail with credit for time served, defendant is to do 60 days in custody in Scott County, he can do it on work release, the remaining 120 can be done as 30 days on Electronic Home Monitor and the remaining 90 days are a staggered sentence; 2) pay a $500 fine plus surcharge; 3) abstain from the use of chemicals, including alcohol, and submit to random testing; 4) finish after-care treatment in St. Croix County; 5) pursuant to 169A.277, the defendant is ordered to serve 30 days on Electronic Alcohol Monitoring per year while on probation and this is in

addition to any other jail time or conditions; 6) attend AA meetings at least once per week for 12 months and provide verification; 7) no same or similar offenses and remain law abiding; 8) cooperate with the transfer of probation to county of residence; 9) provide a DNA sample.
