dependency treatment, and any subsequent recommendations, New Choices

Recovery, in-treatment jail treatment program; 4) Abstain from the use of

all mood-altering chemicals, including alcohol, and submit to random

urinalysis/breathalyzers at own expense; 5) Attend AA/NA meetings 3 times

per

week for 6 months; 6) Obtain a psychological evaluation and follow all

recommendations; 7) Seek and maintain gainful employment and provide

verification; 8) No same or similar offenses, be law abiding, and

cooperate with all the standard conditions of probation; 9) Cooperate with

the transfer of his supervision to his County of residence; 10) Provide a

biological specimen for purposes of DNA analysis.
