Woodbury police and firefighters responded at noon to reports of a vehicle vs. pedestrian crash at Radio Drive and Central Park Place. The three victims were taken by ambulance to Regions Hospital in St. Paul, according to a news release.

Woodbury police Cmdr. Jay Alberio said the injuries did not appear to be life threatening.

The woman, a 28-year-old from Oakdale, was crossing Radio Drive with her two children, a 4-year-old boy and a 2-year-old girl, when the crash occurred.

Alberio said the motorist, an 80-year-old Woodbury resident, was headed west on Central Park Place and attempting to turn left onto Radio Drive. The driver was uninjured.

He said it appeared the pedestrians had the right of way at the time of the crash.

Police were still investigating the crash Monday afternoon with help from the Minnesota State Patrol. Alberio said possible charges could include failure to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk.

"We'll review it," he said.

The release states neither drugs nor alcohol were a factor in the crash.
