Jordan Skaar of Woodbury has been accepted for admission to the 2009-2010 academic year at Luther College, Decorah, Iowa. Skaar has been offered a Presidential Scholarship.

Dawn Marie Ekstrom of Woodbury completed degree requirements as of the December 2008 term at Upper Iowa University, Fayette. Ekstrom, an online graduate, was awarded a master of business administration degree.
Jamie Lee Eggerss and Mia Maree Mauer, both of Woodbury, were named to the fall semester Dean's List at the University of Nebraska, Lincoln.
The following students from this area have earned the distinction of being named to the Dean's List for the 2008 fall semester at the College of Saint Benedict, St. Joseph: Kathleen Elizabeth Bauer, Brittany Peters, Leah Shanley, and Jennifer Stevenson. To be included on the list students must have a grade point average of at least 3.80.
Nicholas Miyamoto Reiter of Afton and Ryan Patrick Killeen of Woodbury have been named to the Dean's List at the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee for the fall 2008 semester.
Students qualifying for the fall semester 2008 Dean's List at Winona State University include: Barrett Ahle, Jessica Berger, Kerry Daly, Aaron Dommeyer, Sara Durden, Kristen Erickson, Michael Fitzgerald, Chelsie Fleischhacker, Richard Fons, Madeline Gebhard, Maximilian Hintz, Kaitlin Hughes, Samuel Johnson, Melissa Kosel, Brennan Lacher, Steven Lang, Kirsten Larson, Leigh Moore, Kaycee Moore, Christopher Nelson, Jackie Olson, Sarah Pechmann, Nathan Reimnitz, Rebecca Royce, Andrew Selseth, Patrick Setley, Melissa Spangler, Joshua Taylor, Michelle Welch, and Ashley Wolf. To be named to the list, a student must be an undergraduate enrolled full-time (at least 12 credit hours for a grade) and achieve a minimum grade point average of 3.5.

Joshua Kehret of Woodbury was named to the fall semester President's List at Dakota County Technical College in Rosemount. He is a student in the heavy construction equipment mechanic program. Kehret is the son of Julie Emanuel, Woodbury, and is a 2006 Woodbury High School graduate.
Jacob Andrew Rice of Woodbury has been included on the winter quarter Milwaukee School of Engineering Dean's List with high honors for maintaining a cumulative grade point average of 3.70 or higher. He is studying architectural engineering at the school.
