• Tyler C. Kipke, a 2005 graduate of Woodbury High School, has been named to the fall 2008 semester Dean's List of the college of business administration at Central Michigan University, with a 4.0.

• Roxy Dreyer was named to the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management, fall semester 2008 Dean's List. Students named to the list are recognized for outstanding academic achievement by earning a 3.66 grade point average or higher for the semester. Dreyer, a 2007 graduate of Woodbury High School, is majoring in finance at the school. She is the daughter of Shahla and Ron Dreyer of Woodbury.

• Mollie Ellen Lyle of Woodbury has been named to the 2008 fall semester Dean's List at Lafayette College, Easton, Pa. To be eligible for the award students must achieve at least a 3.60 semester grade point average.

• Thomas John Dickhudt of Woodbury was named to the Bentley University, Waltham, Mass. Dean's List for outstanding academic achievement in the fall 2008 semester. Dickhudt is a senior majoring in management. To be eligible for the honor a student must have a grade point average of 3.3 or higher.

• Matthew Murphy, son of Greg and Cathy Murphy of Woodbury, was named to the first semester, 2008-09 Dean's List at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, Winona. To be eligible a student must earn a grade point average of 3.60 or better on a four-point scale.

• Danielle Gobely, a resident of Woodbury, has been admitted to Concordia University, St. Paul for the 2009-2010 fall semester. Gobely was awarded the University Scholarship.

• Mark Reif, son of Dave Reif of Woodbury and Kerry Reif of Apple Valley, was awarded first place for best cartoon at the Minnesota Newspaper Association's annual conference held Jan. 28-30 in Bloomington. Reif was honored for his work at the St. Cloud State University campus newspaper, the University Chronicle. He is an art major at the school.
