East Ridge girls lacrosse meeting Feb. 13
The East Ridge High School girls lacrosse program is holding a parent/player/coach meeting on Thursday, Feb. 13 at 6 p.m. in the first floor Green Pod at East Ridge. There, information will be given out about the upcoming season. Player preseason strength and conditioning workouts with coach Rainey are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:15-5:15 p.m. Any girls lacrosse player not in a winter sport should plan to be there. Finally, be sure to register on the Girls Lacrosse iHigh website http://www.ihigh.com/eastridgegirlslax/index.html to receive future communications and stay up to date with information.
Woodbury cheer clinic Feb. 11The Woodbury High School cheerleaders will be hosting a clinic for anyone in grades K-6 at Woodbury High School on Tuesday, Feb. 11. The cost is $30 and includes T-shirt and dinner. Participants will cheer before the basketball game that night and at the beginning of half time. East Ridge soccer club spring season starts soonLooking for a competitive soccer team to join for the 2014 spring/summer season? The East Ridge Soccer Club is excited for the spring/summer season to start and have openings on some of its competitive teams. Please contact email@example.com if you are interested in joining us or for more information. Spring/summer fees are $335 per player for U9-U10 and $350 for U11 – U18. There is a one-time registration fee of $40. The season runs end of April thru July and includes winter training which has just started.
