CITY OF WOODBURY
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Robert Muir Company has submitted an application for an Amended Planned Unit Development/Conditional Use Permit/Preliminary Plat/Site and Building Plan, Project No. 08-2014-00124, for a project called Prestige Preschool. The applicant is proposing to construct a 10,800 square foot building with an outdoor play area, a parking lot and to reconstruct an existing pond located in the southwest corner of Guider Drive and Bielenberg Drive. The property is zoned B-3, Planned Shopping Center District and is guided as Places to Shop on the Land Use Plan.
The application includes the following described real estate lying and being in the City of Woodbury, County of Washington, State of Minnesota to wit:
Woodbury Village 1st Addition, Lot 2, Block 1
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Woodbury City Council has scheduled a public hearing to review the request for the application. The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, July 30, 2014 at 7:30 p.m. at Woodbury City Hall, 8301Valley Creek Road.
The purpose of the hearing is to provide citizens the opportunity to comment on the proposed application. Individual citizens or representatives of organizations are encouraged to submit written comments prior to the hearing.
All interested parties will be heard.
