Public encouraged to attend water quality meeting
Woodbury residents and business owners are invited to attend a public information meeting to provide input on the city’s water quality.
The city is working on the “Wellhead Protection Plan,” which serves as a blueprint to protecting the city’s drinking water from contamination.
The meeting, scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 14 in the Council Chambers, will give residents the opportunity to comment on the plan.
The Wellhead Protection Plan and the protection of groundwater resource can be successful only if residents help, city officials say.
Questions about the public meeting can be directed to Jim Westerman at 651-714-3719 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
