Orput maps out big plans despite tight budgets

STILLWATER -- Pete Orput promised himself he would not call for any changes within his first 90 days in office.

He admits he has already broken that promise, but submits that it's a minor change: the newly elected Washington County attorney has encouraged his staff to partake in casual Fridays - provided they're not in trial or meeting with witnesses.
