Notice is hereby given, that under and by virtue of the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, Order for Judgment and Judgment entered in the above-entitled action on August 23, 2013, of which a certified copy has been delivered to me directing the sale of the premises, hereinafter described, to satisfy the amount found and adjudged due said Plaintiff in the above-entitled action from Defendants, as prescribed in the Judgment, the undersigned Sheriff of Washington County will sell at public auction, to the highest bidder, for cash, on the 20th day of November, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. at the Washington County Sheriff\'s office, Law Enforcement Center, Civil Unit, 15015 - 62nd Street North, Stillwater, Minnesota, in the said County and State, the premises and real estate described in said Judgment, to-wit:
That part of Block No. Eighteen (18) of the Original Town (now City) of Stillwater, Washington County, Minnesota, as same was surveyed and platted by Harvey Wilson and now of record in the office of the County Recorder in and for said County of Washington, bounded as follows:
Beginning at the point in the West line of Main Street, One Hundred Eighty-three (183) feet Northerly from the North line of Myrtle Street and running thence Northerly along said West line of Main Street, Nineteen (19) feet to the South line of Commercial Avenue; thence Westerly along said South line of Commercial Avenue, Eighty-four (84) feet to the East line of the alley running parallel with Main Street; thence Southerly along said East line said alley Nineteen (19) feet; thence Easterly along a line parallel with North line of Myrtle Street, Eighty-four (84) feet to the place of beginning, Washington County, Minnesota.

THE TIME ALLOWED BY LAW FOR REDEMPTION BY THE MORTGAGOR, THE MORTGAGOR\'S PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES OR ASSIGNS, MAY BE REDUCED TO FIVE (5) WEEKS IF A JUDICIAL ORDER IS ENTERED UNDER MINNESOTA STATUTES, SECTION 582.032, DETERMINING, AMONG OTHER THINGS, THAT THE MORTGAGED PREMISES ARE IMPROVED WITH A RESIDENTIAL DWELLING OF LESS THAN FIVE UNITS, ARE NOT PROPERTY USED IN AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION, AND ARE ABANDONED.
