County State Aid Highway No.2); thence South 83 degrees 05 minutes 12 seconds East, along said southerly right-of-way line, a distance of 192.61 feet; thence South 83 degrees 05 minutes 09 seconds East, along said southerly right-of-way line, a distance of 25.03 feet; thence South 63 degrees 12 minutes 01 second East, along said southerly right-of-way line, a distance of 72.95 feet; thence South 63 degrees 04 minutes 43 seconds East, along said southerly right-of-way line, a distance of 112.25 feet; thence South 51 degrees 57 minutes 25 seconds East along said southerly right-of-way line, a distance of 127.90 feet to a Judicial Landmark found and the point of beginning of the parcel to be described; thence South 52 degrees 20 minutes 17 seconds East along said southerly right-of-way line, a distance of 168.53 feet to a Judicial Landmark set on the East line of said Government Lot 2; thence South 0 degrees 07 minutes 41 seconds East along East line, a distance of 45 feet, to a Judicial Landmark set; thence continue South 0 degrees 07 minutes 41 seconds East along said East line, a distance of 12 feet, more or less, to the shoreline of Forest Lake; thence westerly, along said shoreline to a line which bears South 0 degrees 50 minutes 53 seconds East from the point of beginning; thence North 0 degrees 50 minutes 53 seconds West, along said line, a distance of 16 feet, more or less, to a Judicial Landmark found; thence continue North 0 degrees 50 minutes 53 seconds West, along said line a distance of 106.66 feet to the point of beginning.

Parzyck, Wells Fargo Bank, NA, Carl Jovanovich, Jr., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Lender and Lender's Successors and/or assigns; AFS GE Capital Credit Corp., Wausau Asphalt, Inc.; also all heirs and devisees of any of the above-named persons who are deceased; and all other persons or parties unknown, claiming any right, title, estate, lien or interest in the real estate described in the Application or amendments herein.
