Felix Ledesma hung up the hose for the last time on Saturday after exactly 30 years as a paid on-call firefighter for the city of Woodbury. It wasn't an easy decision to make, he said.

"It took me three months to get to the point where I could feel comfortable about this," said Ledesma, who, at 60 years of age, was the oldest member of the city's roster of full-time and paid on-call firefighters.
