Ronnally's Pizza closes

The East Ridge boys swimming and diving team earned second place in the state meet with 194 points. Wayzata took first place with 237 points. Eden Prairie, the defending state champion, was third with 169 points. The Raptors won three individual state championships at the meet.

It was a historic night for the Raptors. 

The East Ridge boys swimming and diving team earned its first state titles in school history on Saturday, March 1, at the Class AA state meet. East Ridge won three state championships on the night – in the 200-yard medley relay, the 400-yard freestyle relay and in the 50-yard freestyle. The Raptors fell just short of a team championship at the University of Minnesota Aquatic Center in Minneapolis.
