County board appoints Johnson to county advisory committee

The Washington County Board of Commissioners has appointed Mary Beth Johnson of Woodbury to the Public Health Preparedness Advisory Committee to a first term expiring Dec. 31, 2009.

The purpose of the Public Health Preparedness Advisory Committee is to advise, consult with, and make recommendations to the county board on matters relating to the application, administration, and implementation of local public health duties.
