Complaint: Alleged Woodbury, Minn., burglar took cellphone video of break-in

A Woodbury teenager accused of documenting a burglary he committed on cellphone video made his first court appearance this month in Washington County District Court.


The suspect, Paul T. Harrington, was charged in March with two counts of second-degree burglary - felony charges that each carry maximum penalties of 10 years in prison and a $20,000 fine.
