City's Easter egg hunts coming April 4

The city of Woodbury Parks and Recreation Department will host the annual Easter egg hunts on Saturday, April 4 at Carver Lake Park.

Egg hunts will take place rain or shine. Organizers suggest participants dress for the weather.

• Old-fashioned Egg Hunt: Scheduled from 3 to 4 p.m. for ages 0-7 with an adult. Separate locations will be set up in the park for the different age groups: 0-2, 3-4 and 5-7.

There will be a limit of 10 eggs per child. No charge for this event.

• Flashlight Egg Hunt: Bring your flashlight and bucket. Find the special eggs with the hidden message and claim your prize. It's not how many eggs you find, it's finding the right one. The flashlight egg hunt is for ages 6-13 with an adult from 8:30 to 9:30 p.m.

The cost is $3 per child if pre-registered or $5 at the event.

For more information or to register, call (651) 714-3583.
