NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Robert Muir Company, owner of Woodbury Village, has submitted an application for an Amended Conditional Use Permit/Amended Site Plan and is proposing a 600-foot expansion to the Starbuck Coffee business to expand the east side of the existing building and construct a drive-thru window for the business. The property is zoned B-3, Planned Shopping Center District and is guided as Places to Shop on the Land Use Plan.
The application includes the following described real estate lying and being in the City of Woodbury, County of Washington, State of Minnesota to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 1, WOODBURY VILLAGE 1ST ADDITION, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Woodbury City Council has scheduled a public hearing to review the request for the application. The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, May 22, 2013, at 7:30 p.m. at Woodbury City Hall, 8301Valley Creek Road.
The purpose of the hearing is to provide citizens the opportunity to comment on the proposed application. Individual citizens or representatives of organizations are encouraged to submit written comments prior to the hearing.
All interested parties will be heard.
